“Its easy to get into, park and head to the fast track security. However leaving the multi storey always seems to be an issue when it comes to the number plate reader - I always get "Charge of £xxx" after pre-paying and then have to call the intercom to get out. Not great when you've been travelling and just want to get home!”

I'm glad to hear that you found it easy to enter the multi-storey car park and enjoyed the use of the FastTrack security lane.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

I can see that you booked Multi-storey car parking and not FastPark parking. We do not offer FastTrack parking within the Multi-storey car park.
