“Entrance to multi-story appeared to have been coned off and I followed the large arrow with SPACES on it to surface parking.
Not only did this lead to long walk, it also created problem when trying to exit. Attitude of the guy on the phone was appalling; he should not be dealing with customers.
Signage needs to be improved to indicate Mult-Storey is actually open despite the cones.”

“Great deal online however, like Glasgow, it’s a nightmare getting to right park especially when people stop to drop passengers off to avoid paying to go to drop off zone and god help you if you end up in wrong carpark. You end up paying twice.
ANR didn’t recognise my car and had to get ticket but got it sorted on my return”
“Directions into the car park were totally wrong… ended up going into the drop off due to the directions telling me to go into left lane, £4 charge for being in there for 10 seconds. Had to go into authorised vehicles lane and press the button at the barrier to finally get correct directions. When leaving, bill flashed up of £170 when I put my ticket in. Again had to press the help button and finally allowed to leave. Fast track was decent though. Not worth the £50 overall.”
