Easy parking and great bridge to security ,although long queue at fast track and I found it quicker going through the normal line as there was a much shorter queues

Excellent stay as usual unfortunately on presenting the ticket on leaving I was advised I owed £1010 before I could leave. Pressed intercom and it was resolved relatively quickly. Pity it took the gloss off a nice experience.

A bad automated parking recognition experience. I’d prebooked a week’s parking, but at the gate, leaving the car park after my week’s travel, my ticket was rejected and a bill came up on the screen for £360! Fortunately, I was able to press a call button and an operator eventually responded and took control of the system, which recognised my booking and he then cancelled the requested charge. So issue sorted, but a worrying experience late in the evening, caused, I assume, by a failure of the car recognition system when I entered the car park at the start of my stay.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
