Convenient and decently well maintained. However, it's pricey and usually very crowded. The meters are not accurate on telling you if there are free spaces.

Absolutely brilliant found a parking bay no problem returning after a week in the sun to pick up car so easy would definitely recommend to anyone wanting easy parking and pick up fast track was included with my ticket can’t recommend it enough

Used the multi storey for the first time and yes it was more expensive but worth it! Level 2 takes you straight into Fast Track, so much easier! When returning it’s so handy! Won’t use other parking again.

Website was reasonably easy to navigate. Booking was straightforward. Stress free to access the car park. Leaving was just as straightforward. Will definitely be using the medium stay parking facility again.

Always use the multi storey. Fast track securitu is briliant as is fast track passport control. But we had a glitch! Put ticket in at exit to see £510 outstanding! We paid in advance and had all documents and reference numbers. We did get through via help desk. When we got ticket back it was the wrong Reg. Number. Not sure how that could happen with number recogniton. Any ideas?

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however, I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
