The car park staff were super helpful. Especially Lee. I had an issue with my flight and subsequent parking and Lee was so helpful. The following day it was his day off and he recommended I speak to his colleague who was equally nice.

Multi Storey parking is best for a short stay with carry on bags - the bridge on level 2 takes you straight to the Fast Track Security area, which you are through in no time at all. Only 1 issue to report, the scanner doesn't pick up offset Alfa Romeo number plates, so you have some faff on exit, quickly solved by the Team via intercom....book it early for the best rates!

Easy to use could not be closer to the Terminal . The direct access to fast pass security line is ideal and gave me the most convenient airport experience. Would have given 5 stars but the machine on exit said I had £170 to pay!! This was quickly rectified when I pressed the assistance button and spoke to someone this seemed to be happening to lots of people.

Really convenient location and the fast track security was excellent. Ticket machine wasn’t working properly on the way in and my ticket didn’t have my license plate or booking reference on it however I went to customer services and they told me to come back on my way home and they would fix it, which they did. Couldn’t fault it at all.
