Computer fault meant you tried to charge an additional 320 pounds on leaving.”
Thank you for your review. It sounds like our ANPR system didn't detect your vehicle correctly when entering the car park which resulted in you being charged the roll-up rate on exit in error. I am glad you managed to get this sorted at the time.

“As long as you don't expect to find a space on a lower floor, this is ideal parking at the airport. The only issue we have had in both of our two stays was that the reader on exiting failed to recognise our ticket. This meant we had to press a button to get help leaving. This only takes a couple of minutes but annoyed drivers behind us.”
