Easy to access. The indicator for spaces on each floor wasn’t working. So had to drive round each floor looking for spaces

I had a problem finding the entrance to the multi-story carpark and ended up paying £4 to get out of the wrong carpark before I eventually got the entrance to the multi-story. Other than that the carparking is excellent overall a very good experience.

Car park was great but could only give 3 stars due to the size of cars you allow to try and squeeze into a space that is far to small for the " Monster trucks " ,may I suggest you open up a lorry Park for these idiots as the don't care about your other customers , see photo.Could have been worse only minor damage, otherwise definitely a 5 star award from me.my car is white one

On all my visits to airport parking, at the end the machine comes up with “you are £360 outstanding” - I feel that when you have paid a pre-paid amount in-full, then this request should not be happening (time after time)!!!

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
