“Parking on the multi storey is easy and accessible. However a couple of things could be improved.
1. The number of available spaces signs are wildly inaccurate. The floor where we parked indicted 53 spaces by we were lucky to find one
2. Despite having prepaid we had to call on exit as the tech didn’t work and it said we owed £150!”

I can confirm the spaces within our car parks are the same size as the spaces in a shopping centre car park or supermarket.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Really convenient and good value. A couple of letdowns though. I had pre-paid for a week's parking. We arrived at 0400 and the machine issued a ticket when I pressed the button. The barrier failed to open so I had to press the button again and this time it did. Not exactly clear where to go but I did make it to the second barrier at the multi-storey entrance. I now had two tickets. The first would not open the barrier (this had my veh reg on it) so I called for assistance. After inserting the second ticket, the barrier opened and I got easily parked. Coming back, I had suspected that something would go wrong on exit. It did! Put in my ticket and was asked to pay £360!! Fortunately, another call to the assistant saw the barrier raised. A bit of a spoiler but sorted. Could have been very embarassing if there had been a queue behind.”

“This parking could not be more convenient! It is right beside the terminal and the Fasttrack Security was excellent. Took me 7 mins from parking to being through into Departures. Tip - try and park on level 2 and use the walkway right into Fasttrack Security!”
“A great way to leave your car at the airport. Very convenient and very easy to access the airport on arrival.
The parking was five stars but I've knocked one off for our return journey. Very poor signage when you leave the bag pick up to re-enter the terminal building. There should be a very easy route back to pick up your car but easy to get lost.”
