“Booked well in advance and obtained an excellent rate of £73 for 17 days including fast tag tickets. Returning late at night in winter, the car was weather protected and ready to go!”
“I paid for my parking online in advance. I arrived and believed I was following instructions to the multi-storey car-park. To open a barrier I was issued a ticket. I found my way to the ramp at the end of the car park furthest away from the building. The ticket opened the barrier.on the ramp. On return from my holiday at midnight, when I used the ticket, I was told I had a bill for £360. It was resolved straightforwardly.
Could you check your signage and written instructions about where you get your ticket to avoid this happening.”

“Only issue was on arrival the middle lift wasn’t working. It came to second floor but the doors wouldn’t open. The other lifts wouldn’t come to the floor because the middle lift was there so had to walk down the stairs. On returning it was working again.”

“Great to park in multi storey car park with fast track added. Easy to get parked and get to the terminal. Only down side was my flight back to Edinburgh was cancelled an I had to book car in for an extra day. This cost me just as much as the 4 days I was booked in. Rather expensive I feel.”
