Very good parking. Level 2 right beside the fast track bridge. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Pre paid parking. Confirmation states that the car number will be recorded and the booking reference on the ticket from the machine on entry to the car park. Only the car number is recorded and NOT the confirmation number. On two previous occasions when exiting the car parking which had been pre paid and put the ticket into the machine were asked to pay which for two weeks is quite a bit. Had to call the help button and were eventually allowed out . This has also happened to my daughter on a few occasions as she parks in the cark park frequently as she travels for business. Also happened to a friend when we were all coming back from a ski holiday beginning February and when he put in his ticket at the the barrier was asked for payment. Something is not right here as too many people I know are being asked for payment at the barrier when they have already prepaid. Before leaving the parking on 15th March we went to the ticket office and told the attendant our ticket had only the car reg. number but not the confirmation of pre payment. When explained what happened on previous occasions he gave us a ticket to put into the barrier so we would not have a problem. This causes many problems if there is a cars queue of cars behind and you are being asked for payment before the barrier is lifted when the parking is already paid. I look forward to your comments

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Car was safe and secure although upon exit ticket showed a balance of £170 owed although parking had been pre paid. This was swiftly sorted out by a wonderful employee.

First time I’ve used the valet parking service and I will definitely be using it again! So incredibly convenient - we were off the plane and home within 50 mins. Having an attendant also helped!
