“Excellent under-cover parking close to the airport terminal
I had paid in advance but, unfortunately, the number-recognition system did not recognise my number. Poor weather conditions I was told. Poor excuse in my view. It's happened before.”
“I have marked this down to 3 stars. I had to travel one day earlier and the only way to change the booking is to make a new one.
The effect of this is the extension is virtually the same cost as the original booking - which feels like I am being ripped off.
Please consider how you can improve your system to allow amendments at a price proportionate to the original booking.

You can amend a booking free of charge, up to 24 hours before it is due to commence. This means we won’t charge you an admin fee for the change however, there may be a difference in price.

“Unfortunately after paying for the multistorey car park and fastlane security it was not open, through the level 2 entrance or in terminal as they were having a photoshoot. I also paid for another unnecessary service as I was sold express passport and there was no passport/security check when I got back into Edinburgh as it was a domestic flight. I will be requesing a refund of thiose "services" that were impossible to use and mis-sold.”

I can confirm that your Multi-storey car park booking includes the use of our FastTrack security lane for up to 5 passengers travelling in your vehicle. Although the FastTrack bridge may have been closed you can still use the FastTrack security lane by entering through the main security entrance.
The FastTrack Passport Control is an add-on to your booking that you would have selected then added to your basket. As advised in our terms and conditions we are unable to offer a refund for products bought but not used.

“Good selection of spaces at levels 4 and above, with lifts to make access relatively easy. Access to terminal is easy too.
I would have given 5 stars, but this is the 2nd time in a row, I have used this car park and the barrier has tried to charge me £220 to exit when i've already pre-payed. Clearly something needs fixed.”
