“I booked through the 'Plane Parking' website. On arrival, the barrier didn't lift, so we had to contact your employee using the assistance button. On leaving, once again the barrier wouldn't lift, and the screen showed that we had to pay £340!! The very polite and helpful person on the other end of the phone, came to our assistance once again.”
“Parking in the multi storey is amazing! So handy no waiting around on buses straight out the car into terminal and security passes included too can’t go wrong! It is slightly more expensive but well worth it especially on way back not having to hang around waiting on buses. You get to keep car keys which I like too definitely recommend.”
“I had booked a disabled space (we have a blue badge) in the multi story car park. Undercover in case it was raining as my husband takes a while to transfer from his wheelchair into the car and vice versa. We checked every level and every disabled space was taken, many of them occupied by large cars not usually owned by people struggling with disabilities. So I’m the end we found a normal space on the roof. I had to park in the aisle and get my husband out into his wheelchair and leave him at the side until I parked and got the luggage out. Thankfully it wasn’t raining either end of our holiday. Then to cap it all , when I went to verify our ticket on the way out, i was charged £320! I had already paid about £65 for the advance payment. Thank goodness the team dealing with this mistake were understanding, prompt and efficient. Apart from that the experience was awful.”

I can confirm you can not pre book a disabled space within our car parks and these are first come first served.
If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.
