“Arrived at multi entrance to find machine at barrier saying car park full despite having prebooked. Machine was not accepting the ticket received when entering the parking complex. Fortunately wasn't in a rush and after a while the barrier just lifted. Not sure if it was a fault on the day or new system to let prebooks in without inserting the card?”
