“Car park itself and fast track is amazing but the sign for entry isn't overly big so be careful not to end up in the drop off as its an £8.50 mistake to get out”
“I booked my stay for the multi storey car park back in January 2026 for a holiday with the family in June 2026. When I booked the stay I was delighted with the price and the location of the car park, it also included speed security access. However my return journey was a completely different experience for 2 reasons
1. We were delayed over night and had to pay an extra £100 between my son and myself for about 10hours more.. I would advise anyone to add an extra day at the first booking to avoid this
2. The day after we got home, I received a text message from Park eye, requesting further payment, I almost clicked the link but felt it was odd as I have paid the extension. It turns out it was a scam text, I don’t know how they got my phone number and car details, I can only imagine they have hacked the airport data.. please be cautious everyone”
“I usually use fast park but on this occasion as only using for 24hrs chose the multi storey option. Never again. Had to use the call button to both access and leave the car park despite pre paying and pre booking.”
