“Multi Storey parking ticket does not say fast track on it. It keeps getting printed with Terminal Surface Parking. So when you get to the fast track gate, you need to get the booking off your phone. The old tickets used to say fast track on it. Also, the number of spaces counters on each floor do not seem to be accurate.”

On leaving we realised the ticket we had been given on entry was not our registration number and they were asking for £650! Pressed the button and spoke to someone who acknowledged it was their mistake and let us out.”
“I use this car park frequently when I travel on business. It’s very handy and good access to the fast track through passport control. The only thing was the access to the car park barriers. I drive a Land rover Defender as I approach the left hand barrier which is extremely tight for an average car a hit the high radius kerb which damaged my alloy. This requires look at as I will not use this gate going forward”
“Absolutely shocking I parked 30ft from where I was supposed to be parking as it was 4am and pitch dark and I couldn’t see the signs and was charged £235 before I could leave the car park after already paying £79.99. I was away for 3 days.”
