“Car park was great but could only give 3 stars due to the size of cars you allow to try and squeeze into a space that is far to small for the " Monster trucks " ,may I suggest you open up a lorry Park for these idiots as the don't care about your other customers , see photo.Could have been worse only minor damage, otherwise definitely a 5 star award from me.my car is white one”

I can confirm our car parking spaces are the same as the parking spaces in supermarkets and shopping centres.

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

All of our car parks have blue badge disabled spaces in them, if none of these are available please speak to one of the car parking team members and they will help you find you an available space.
