“Absolutely brilliant found a parking bay no problem returning after a week in the sun to pick up car so easy would definitely recommend to anyone wanting easy parking and pick up fast track was included with my ticket can’t recommend it enough”

“Always use the multi storey. Fast track securitu is briliant as is fast track passport control. But we had a glitch! Put ticket in at exit to see £510 outstanding! We paid in advance and had all documents and reference numbers. We did get through via help desk. When we got ticket back it was the wrong Reg. Number. Not sure how that could happen with number recogniton. Any ideas?”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however, I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
