“My car was badly scratched by a car driving out of their parking slot in the multi story car park. When I contacted Edinburgh airport they said they could do nothing - this is supposed to be a secure car park!
Not impressed with them.”
“Used the Multi storey parking for the first time as we were fed up waiting on bus transfers to remote car parks. The Multi storey was easy to locate and there were plenty of spaces. The cost was a wee bit more than we normally pay but for the sheer convenience both outbound and inbound it was worth every penny.”

To pay to leave, so pressed for assistance and waited probably around 5 minutes meanwhile blocked an exit with no where to go eventually someone answered and spat the ticket out and barrier went up . Ok we got out but really can they not sort this out , pretty rubbish in a modern world.”
Thank you for your review. It sounds like the ANPR system didn't register your vehicle when entering which has resulted in you being presented with an incorrect charge when exiting. I am glad you managed to resolve the issue at the time.

“Once in the car park it is fine but getting there is a different matter. I believe that your instruction about leaving the second roundabout is wrong and that you should leave at first exit. I have looked at maps and on this occasion, my second in recent months, I had to be assisted by a police man and an employee to get there. The passenger assist at the airport is great.”
Thank you for your review. I have double checked the directions provided for the Multi-Storey car park and they are correct when they mention to take the second exit, as if you took the first exit this would take you towards the pick-up and drop-off zone.
