“Perfect location and pain-free access to Fast Track security. Occasionally let down by technology when the booking and barrier systems don't talk to each other.”
“It is unclear that when booking the multi storey car park, that fast track is included. It should be made impossible to pay for fast track alongside this type of booking - which I did - only to find out that I didn't have to. A completely untransparent and unfair process which is detrimental to many customers I'd imagine.”
