“Very convenient parking right beside the terminal. Minor niggle is that the instructions about how to access the car park seem out of date. They are 95% accurate but the old route to the multistorey is marked "coach parking" so we went via the open parking area.”
“One of the essentials when returning on a flight is the availability of luggage trolleys at the baggage area. When I arrived at 06:12 on Qatar Airways flight there were ZERO trolleys. One can only assume that Edinburgh Airport are not providing a 24/7 service for the movement of trolleys back to this area from all the outlying areas, eg the parking levels.”

I understand how frustrating it will have been to discover there were no trolleys available. Our trolleys are in constant rotation, which means once they have left the baggage reclaim area they must be collected by a member of staff, security checked and processed back into our arrival halls. This unfortunately takes time, and on this occasion has meant that our arrivals hall had no available trolleys.
Please be assured that it is an issue that Edinburgh Airport is aware of and we are working closely with the relevant departments to improve upon.
