“Reasonable charges. Clearly signposted to access parking. Free fast track is good and works fine but the route is a little awkward for those with mobility issues.”
“Had to go L5, which might have been fine but no luggage trolleys so had to go all the way into to the terminal building to find any trolleys - but with only one of the lifts working it look longer than it should.
Overall it could have been significantly better with simple logistical provisions”

I understand how frustrating it will have been to discover there were no trolleys available. Our trolleys are in constant rotation, which means once they have left an area, they must be collected by a member of staff, and processed back into their designated zones. This unfortunately takes time, and on this occasion has meant that the area you were in had no available trolleys.

“I used the Multi-Storey Parking (24 hour stay) to pick up my wife who was flying back from Australia. Booking and registering my car to use the car park was simple. Following the signage it was was easy to find the way in to the car park, pick up the parking ticket and find a space to park up. A short walk into Arrivals and find my wife and baggae and reyrn to our car and head out for home. Simple.”
