For the second time in two months car registration update was not on booking. Was sorted at exit barrier.

Parking ok but why can't you recognise a prepaid ticket on exit? Not the first time this has happened to me.

ANPR didn’t work, so I had to get a ticket to get in and queue at the office to get my reservation verified to be able to get out of the car park

I always use your car parks and would have rated it 5 stars but I always have to ring for assistance when I leave as my number plate is not recognised and I am asked to pay. This has happened several times. Not much of a moan but when you return to the airport you wan t to get home as soon as you can.

Good facility all went well until exit when the machine did not recognise the prepayment and I had to contact control.

The muti-storey is good for quick access to the terminal and is well priced if booked in advance. However, there is a real issue with pre- paid ticket at the exit barrier. The last three times I have used it the machine never recognises the ticket and I have to call the desk. Every time they tell me the system did not 'pick me up on entering'. What is the point of this if it never works!
