Very efficient- no issues at all with parking at the start of our few days away in the early hours or leaving the car park late at night.

I thought parking in the Multi Storey would be good. That'll teach me. The only spaces were on the roof, so no protection from the rain for me. On departure, we got stuck behind a pickup truck which was too tall to get out. After much tyre pressure lowering and angle grinding of the truck stanchions, it was able to finally bash it's way out. Then the machine wanted to charge me £360 to leave! So, all in all, not a great experience

Thank you for your review. I can confirm our multi-storey car park has 4 levels, which if you had to park on the top level this is still the multi-storey car park. I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find a space in our car park. Perfect spot to park in multistorey. I had a cancelled flight, arrived a day after my booking and they cleared the charge to let me leave, brilliant service and great team.

Red no 4DR012LXW Parked 13-24 June Trying to get out at the end of our stay you tried to charge us over £480 This is very stressful, we followed the instructions to the letter. This is really putting me off using this facility which is a pity as we are going away again in September!

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

3 flights up, the only lifts (2) both broken so as a lone female in my 70's carrying my luggage down 3 flights of stairs is not acceptable.
