The indicator boards for available spaces don’t work properly, there are big puddles on every floor in the middle where it leaks. It’s really expensive but you’re pretty much a monopoly. Apart from that it’s the same every week, apart from the odd week when your machine doesn’t read my ticket properly and the helpful chap on the intercom lets me out. Please don’t send me this email every week. My feedback won’t change. Unless you add free ice cream, feee coffee and music. Until then please hold off the emails.”
“In winter is is nice to know you will not have to deice your car when you come back from a holiday so the multi storwy car park is always our first choice. It is sometimes frustrating when the signs show there are vacant spaces but you find they are disabled slots that you cannot use so waste time travelling round the various levels.”
