“While busy the proximity to the terminal and departures as well as cover in all weathers makes this the right choice for any parking option at the airport”
“Edinburgh Airport Parking experience had a couple of small issues as follows:
1) My parking certificate indicated that we could use the Fastrack access route which we thought was great, but all signage to Fastrack takes you to security. At no point if you have luggage to check in is there an indication that you shouldnt use the Fastrack access from the Car Park to the Terminal.
2) On return from holiday i couldnt get out of the CarPark as i was asked for a £660.00 bill to be paid, this caused a back up at the exit as the help buzzer wasnt answered very quickly”
“Parking ok. But a shockingly long wait at baggage uplift. No input whatsoever from airport staff. It was left to Jet2 personnel to keep us updated and help with baggage unloading. 2 wasted hours for hundreds if passengers.”
“Had a massive sock upon leaving the carpark (on time) with an amount of £560 popping up on the screen.
After some lenghty time on the phone it was resolved, but it has been very stressful.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
