The baggage ha handlers were not loading our bags onto the belt for some reason we were never advised on what was happening however after an 4 hours we eventually got our bags when we got to the exit we we’re over our time I advised that this was out with our control and they wait the additional time brilliant service will use them again

Parking great (safe and clean) and super convenient for the terminal. However, I’ve given it 2 stars as parking shouldn’t cost more than the flight.

Great parking solution close to the terminal. The lack of ability to amend booking is a bit frustrating but otherwise a great product.

Always handy and good value. A couple of times at exit the machine has asked for additional payment, but sorted quickly by staff and exit approved.

Good parking, lots of spaces, easy to get to terminal and back after my trip. Was expensive as booked on the same week so £109 for just over 2 days, also at the barrier had to call for support as it tried to charge me again. This has happened the last twice, someone ready to help and sort it out very quickly though.

Thank you for your review. I'm pleased to hear that you found it easy to get to and from the terminal. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
