“The baggage ha handlers were not loading our bags onto the belt for some reason we were never advised on what was happening however after an 4 hours we eventually got our bags when we got to the exit we we’re over our time I advised that this was out with our control and they wait the additional time brilliant service will use them again”

Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers.

“Good parking, lots of spaces, easy to get to terminal and back after my trip. Was expensive as booked on the same week so £109 for just over 2 days, also at the barrier had to call for support as it tried to charge me again. This has happened the last twice, someone ready to help and sort it out very quickly though.”

I'm pleased to hear that you found it easy to get to and from the terminal.
It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
