“Whilst expensive the car park facilities were good.
However the same cannot be said for Edinburgh Airport, which is the worst airport anywhere. Huge delays at chaotic check-in and the same at luggage reclaim. Staff are unhelpful and grumpy. Facilities are outdated and very poor. Edinburgh Airport is an awful introduction to Scotland for visitors. I will not be using Edinburgh again.”
“My flight was delayed by a few hours so expected to have to pay an addition fee for the car park. Pleasantly surprised to find they operate a grace period for such situations so no additional fees incurred. A nice end to the holiday experience”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Battery of our car, which had been moved by staff of course , was completely dead when we returned which is difficult to understand as it was a fairly new battery. However staff were helpful and Miro , who was sent to help start the car, was excellent! He was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. Just the right person for the job! He wouldn’t take a ‘thank you’ reward so we hope the firm value him and pay him well!”
