“Online process very easy, directions to parking very good, very accurate information relating to closeness to airport.. my only grumble would be that the card reader at the exit gate was hanging from the framework, therefore I could not insert my ticket to exit. The barrier was opened within minutes of calling the help point. I would highly recommend and will definitely use for future travels”
