“It wa not totally clear to me how the system worked when pre-bookign parking and how one would make use of the ticket received on entry. Possibly better or clearer initial instructions would have helped.”
“The only issue was that the display informing the number of vacant spaces did not agree with our experience! It was very busy and board kept stating over 100 spaces next floor - that was not true. We ended up on the top floor where there was 2 spaces.”

“Have been using multistorey for some yrs with fast track great service on my recent use however very disappointed as could not find a parking space had to go round all levels for 30 mins before noticing someone coming out and waited for that space after paying £175 for my stay was really stressed and very disappointed”
“Perfect for spending nearly 2 hours at the airport waiting with family member before their flight. Easy to find following directions given online and plenty of spaces when we arrived. Short walk across to the terminal building . Had the added bonus of including Fast Track through security so avoiding a queue. Will book again for return .”
“Barrier ANPR did not recognise our registration on entry, so had to call for assistance. Same on the way out. Many vehicles had the same problem. Apart from that, the multi is clean and secure and a breeze to get to fast track security from level 2.”
