“The multi storey car park is very convenient and close to the terminal building. There was sufficient car park space on arrival and it was easy to find a suitable parking space. Directions to the multi storey car park were also clear. The car park fee included twilight bag drop off the evening before departure and fast track access to the departure area on the day of the flight. The only hiccup was that the car park systems were not working properly on arrival resulting in a £19 twilight fee being requested on the evening before departure and refused access to the multi storey car park on the day of departure. Both issues were quickly resolved by using the intercom at the barrier. It would have been more considerate if the car park controller answering the intercom had apologised for the system error and given a short explanation as to why the twilight fee had been requested on exit and why access to the multi storey car park had been denied despite having booked the car park several weeks beforehand.”

“It’s not about the car park itself but the difficulty to get in and out because of a car with a non UK plates and the security guy I had over the phone which was not really nice. When I came in I was stopped twice and have to buzz the security guy two times and his answer was not instant…When I want to go out of the parking, the gate remained shot, I called the security guy with the buzzer and he said to me that I didn’t paid for the terminal car park, and I responded that I had paid for the weekend offer at the multi storey car park with a confirmation and had a barcode for fast track facility at the airport and asked him if I was in the multi storey car park and he confirmed it. So what was the problem really…I am sorry to say, but your system doesn’t seam to be adequate, because at Glasgow airport I never had this problem before. It was really odd, I will try the mid stay car park, because that was not what I expected. Simple became complicated for me!”
