Still absolutely disgusted that you have to pay to drop off and collect passengers.
This should be abolished immediately”
“Parking was great- easy & stress free. However, the attitude of the officer on the desk when we came out of the corridor from the bridge from the multi story left a lot to be desired making our party feel embarrassed.”
“Staff friendly and helpful. Facility in pedestrian areas needs a good clean. Facility a bit tired, given the cost of parking would expect more investment in the multi-story. A bit embarrassing really given most tourists first view of Edinburgh and Scotland.”
