“I would like to highlight the assistance given to me at the exit, via the microphone on the machine by the exit boom. As someone not familiar with Edinburgh Airport parking I had inadvertently tried to depart from the incorrect area.
I want to compliment the person who clearly and calmly explained to me what had happened and resolved the situation Professionally and to mutual satisfaction. Wonderful customer service in an area of life not famous for great assistance.”
“Easy process to book. Well signposted and easy to find and access the car park. Really close to terminal. Plenty of spaces and room to move around in car and on foot. Straightforward from start to finish. Would recommend.”
“Overall a good experience, but for finding the way into the building. I have used the multi-storey parking twice in the last few years and both times had difficulty taking the correct turn into it. Maybe a sign post or two would help.”
“We were elderly first time parkers at Edinburgh's multi-storey car park May/June 2025. This gives quick and easy access to fast-tracking through security ...... but only for overhead luggage. Otherwise you have to check in larger luggage downstairs as normal then go upstairs to fast-tracking! Lesson learned! However, if you are travelling light this is an excellent service and, for us, there will be no suitcase next time!
On the negative side we found it difficult to find the entrance to the multi-storey car park due to the multitude of signs and then had to ask at enquiries how to get back to it when we arrived home!
All this said, having done it once it would obviously be much easier next time round and we would otherwise highly recommend using this service.”
