“Flight was diverted to Manchester, arrived in to Edinburgh Airport 8 hours late. Charge at barrier was waivered when situation was explained. This was very much appreciated after a lengthy delay hanging about Terminal 3 in Manchester Airport.”
“Its quick and easy, however on a different topic Passport control coming back is a nightmare, long queues e-gates not working ad wh the hell decided it was agreat idea to say welcomr to great britain, its Scotland ffs, the new owners of edinburgh airport should hang there heads in shame, as for the baggage reclaim thats another joke, took about 45 mins to get trough Passport control i expected to see my luggage on the carousel, WRONG carousel indicate on board was wrong for starters and it then took another 30 mins to get my luggage from another carousel, you need to waken up, the new owners have destroyed what was once great service.”
“Really pleased with this parking option. I did feel it was a bit expensive on this occasion but I wanted to make things easy with my luggage post operation”
