“I have used the airport on many an occasion but unfortunately I was taken into hospital with a heart attack and was unable to go on holiday. I will write when I get out to pursue a refund”
“The parking is always good at Edinburgh Airport, but the manner with which the attendant spoke to us when we buzzed to get directions to the multi storey was out of order, rude, cheeky and not the best advert for Scotland’s busiest airport….i don’t ever write negative reviews but on this occasion the guy was an absolute twat.”
“Closest to terminal with lifts etc. We used it for picking up an elderly person from a transatlantic when we had no idea how long it would take to process him through passport control etc. We also can’t walk far or fast so it means we don’t have far to walk and can arrive early to make sure we are there for them.”
“I couldn't get into the car park as the barrier wouldn't read my ticket. Several other users had the same problem. We had to buzz to be allowed in and it was quite a hold up. Then inside a lift was out of order and there are misleading signs about paying followed by ticket machines with black bags over them. I took my father along and he wasn't impressed. I don't think he'll use that option again.”
