“Parking was good with the car registration recognition system. It was also very good for adding an extra day by making a new booking after my flight was delayed till the next day.
My only issue was the increase in the daily price for the extra day. My initial booking worked out at about £11//£12 per day, while my extra day was £26. surely it should be the same as the initial booking at least for the first 24 hours.”

“A great and responsive experience that was appreciated in light of storm Éowyn that closed all flights into and out of Edinburgh ariport on 24/1/25.
Not only was there an assitant on-site when I arrived late aftrnoon to collect my car (my flight was diverted to London) who was abel to advise that exit of the carpark was free despite my arriving >8 hours after my booking time expired, the follow up emails enabled me to get refund for the extra day that I had booked earlier to cover my delayed arrival at the airport. Well done for great customer service!”
