“Booked priority parking for 3hrs before flight. Arrived on time. Stated one space but the only space was a space with a locked post preventing parking. Lots of spaces filled with red and white blocks for some unknown reason. Drove around many times. No spaces. Had to park in ordinary parking. Waste of money. Very disappointed.”

Usually no problems but this time i needed to drop off someone in a wheelchair.
The website says the blue badge parking spots are on the bottom of the multi story.
Fine. BUT then you find you can't access the area using the multi story enterance. There's no way to figure out how to get in there until i parked in the EV charging zone and walked over to someone who explained I needed to go around the control tower and head for the short drop off zone. Made things really stressful and difficult. Someone needs to re-work the website and look again at the signs etc.”
“I’m loathe to leave a good review of the fast park system at Edinburgh airport as it’s so good I don’t want everyone using it. If I was only staying one night though I prefer the multi story for convenience.”
“Really small parking spaces and directions how to drive to the multi-story are obtuse (we made it to the correct place by good fortune). Gets two stars for convenience to the terminal.”
“Does anyone ever read these reviews? Everbody i know has the same problem- the mumber plate recognition system does not work properly- we are asked to psy an extortionate amount at the barrier evey single time we book regaryoof which car i am in - it is resovled quickly but still a pain for the operator and ourselves and the cars queuing up behind us . I have written several time - never received a reply .”
