“Nice and close to the terminal and easy to find but this is our third time upon our arrival back we had issues leaving the car park as the machine didn’t recognise our number plate so had to call for assistance to exit car park.”
“I paid £99, in advance, for fastrack security and multi storey parking. When I lett the car park, after a weeks holiday, the barrier didn’t lift. The machine was asking for over £350 in parking charges. When I pressed the help button the chap was not very helpful. He just said “put your ticket in” and ring off saying he would check it. However, he never got back to me and after about 5 minutes passed I had to press the help button again. By this time I had found my Booking reference and he didn’t take it from me. He said “just go”, in and lifted the barrier without an explanation of what had happened and no apology for the mistake.”
“Pre-booked 2 days online, but came to exit on Friday night the ticket machine demanded £145 I had to contact ground staff with reg number and name then they eventually let me through - I'd say not good enough.

“Found a parking space om 2nd Floor which was ideal for using Fast Track as hand luggae only. The change of car registration had been noted and I subsequently exited car park with no issues. Advance booking provide a favourable cost”
