“Have only used this car park twice and on both occasions my car was not recognised by the entry camera system. On my recent visit on exit I was faced with a bill of £445 for just over a week and had to call the help button to get removed since I had prepaid the cost online. Was given no apology only that I must have driven the car in at an angle the camera didn’t pick up. Suggest the owners get this fixed asap because it’s completely unacceptable.”
“It was really difficult to find where we should be parking. There were no clear directions or signs telling us and this was the single most important difficulty. We were grateful for the wheelchair in the car park. Car was safe and perfeclty fine on collection and will book again, now that we know where we're going!”
“Parking is excellent, absolutely no qualms. However disappointed when arriving at the our barrier and it refused to open.
I had paid £109 for the week parking, as as we would be arriving back into Edinburgh at 01:00 it was the perfect parking location.
Inserted the ticket and up popped £355, quite shocked to say the least. I contacted the help at the barrier and lady answered within two rings. She was very professional and helpful, she sorted me out quickly, but said the "machine didn't pick the reg up on entry". I think you will agree that this is not acceptable more so at that time in the morning. That's said I will still use the facility in future.”
