“I was really impressed to begin with, so straightforward to book, enter the car park, and to park. Then, when leaving at the barrier, it said I was due £70, so I pressed the button to speak to the advisor, who asked for my booking number. Then the barrier opened, but there was no apology about it. Not that big a deal, but it wouldn't have cost him anything to say sorry.”
“Was really easy, convenient and hassle free. I parked in the multi storey and missed the correct route in initially. Ended up in the pickup drop off. Car park attendant was very helpful when I explained via the intercom what had happened and allowed me to leave. Managed to find the entrance easily after that. Would highly recommend.”
“Always busy. Save yourself time and go straight to Level 4. On Exit, the barrier did not lift even though I had prebooked and the vehicle registration was correct - I had to press the intercom button and ask for the barrier to be raised.”
