“Our flight was delayed by 22 hours. We ended up buying (or more correctly forced to buy) additional parking on line for the cost of £29.99 for 1 day. I find this an outrageous amount to pay for one additional day. Why can the Airport not give a more reasonable fee for the additional time rather than overcharging their customers for the delay which was completely out of their control!
Additionally, the roadway to and from the terminal to the midstay car park is not adequately signposted, nor easy to carry the cases due to its rough and in places very rough surface.
