“Easy 5-10min walk from terminal. Drive in, take ticket, don't lose ticket while on holiday, return to car after holiday, ticket in machine, drive away. Simple.”
“Couldn’t clearly see what carpark to go into but followed what I thought was the correct site. Took a ticket to open the barrier as it wouldn’t open automatically. On leaving the barrier wouldn’t open so assume I was in the wrong car park. Did get out by pressing the button to speak to someone.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Checking in and out was very efficient. The walk to the terminal was easy and quick.
The only downside is the car park is holding water in areas (i.e., the stormwater is not draining) which made a number of the free car parks unusable.”
