“This was a great options for our day trip to London. The instructions to find the carp park were very accurate so made it easy to find. It was great value for money for how close we were the airport terminal (only a few mins walk away). I'll definitely be using this car park again.”
“Very expensive and a good walk from the airport. Also, despite pre-paying, when I was leaving and inserted my ticket it said I owed £130. I had to make a call to get this cleared. This is not the first time this has happened. Pretty pathetic that this isn't automated for the amount of money you charge.”
“Disappointed. I initially arranged parking - W331GN7PJ (£62.99) which I had made a mistake in our arrival date home. Following the instructions, I then placed a second order T1UMS5H1U which was the extra day at a cost of £29.99. Due to our flight arriving back late (2 hours delayed) on exit I had to then pay an additional £60.00. Completely unsatisfactory.”
