“ANPR wasn’t working. Luckily contractor was on site to explain procedure. Prices high but car park almost empty. So much for demand pricing.”

“Isn’t as well sign posted as long stay car park is, for someone who’d never been before - it’s sort of hidden but could also have been due to the fact I was awake at 3:30am…!”
