“Unfortunately every time I use the midstay parking I experience an issue, despite always paying in advance the machine at the exit barrier tries to charge me and I have to speak to an attendant. The issue is resolved quickly but still annoying. Also the car park has previously been stated as being full despite paying in advance. I understand that these may seem little issues but they all add up to put me off from using g the car park in the future”
