“I made a genuine mistake with the time of my parking (which was easy done ) and incurred a £60 fine. Despite pre booking the parking and paying over £100 for a 2 week stay and going over slightly and explaining to the member of staff who then just ignored us. After a long day travelling, with kids and being delayed. It was poor customer service and we are loyal returning customers never again. Actually disgusted by their greed and lack of compassion”
“ANPR system did not recognise car registration upon arrival to car park. I then emailed and did not receive an email back till after I arrived back in Edinburgh. I also spoke to someone on the live chat who’s attitude was not the best and also did not provide much assistance or reassurance. however on departure the guy at the phone was extremely helpful and assisted us to exit the car park”
