Pre paid parking then gate wouldn’t let me out as I was due 180 pound. And also my pick up truck had been damaged in car park. By car in the next space

When leaving the car park, tried to charge me £140 at the exit when it was already booked and paid for for around £40.

I had prepaid for my parking for a short stay and came back earlier than expected so was not there for the full 24 hours I had paid for. On leaving my ticket said I had a balance of £100 to pay! This was absolutely ridiculous on pressing the intercom I was helped by someone (I didn't get his name) but he was very helpful and said it was all okay but was not offered any explanation for why it had had that amount.

Short walk from terminal. Excitement at barrier on way out when attempted to leave within time on prepaid ticket and machine wanted another £220 but called help number on machine and real person answered immediately and after checking raised barrier before queuing cars behind got too upset. No explanation given about why ticket did not raise barrier as expected.

Cannot fault the experience - We had used the long stya previously and struggled to get parked. Mid stay was much better for us

I was a bit disappointed that when I went to leave I had my pre paid ticket to put into the machine. But a ticket was already in the machine. I removed that one to put mine in but it said there was an outstanding amount of £180. I then went to put my ticket in and was told by the machine it had already been used. I spoke to the intercom and I received very little communication and the barrier just went up.
