“Parking spaces too small. Very few spaces available when we arrived. We had paid beforehand but the exit machine did not recognise our ticket so wanted over £200 to leave ; we called the help desk who immediately resolved the issue.”
“The automatic registration plate recognition did not work. This caused a bit of difficulty when trying to leave the car park. Eventually managed to leave after discussion with though the intercom.”
“Car par itself was easy to find, eventually found a space. Had to pull suitcases bwtween cars due to massive puddles taking up whole lane of car park. Only issue we had was when leaving - put ticket in machine & it said I was due over £100. Since I'd pre-booked and not overstayed this was frustrating. Had to buzz through and the guy spent ages trying to find my booking, while there was a queue of probably very frustrated drivers behind us. Second time this has happened in this car park with that car so don't know what the issue is with recognising the number plate.”

“Booked and paid in advance; parked easily (this time was more free spaces) - EVERYTHING NICE and SMOOTH till the time to leave.
At exit, in display, I saw £340 bill to pay - I almost had a heart attack before 7:30 am. Thankfully, the person on another side (help button) was so nice and solved the issue in 1,5 min. :))”
