“Booking and online payment was easy and efficient. Upon arriving back at Edinburgh, the car park is an easy walk from the airport.
On attempting to leave the car park through the barrier, my pre-paid ticket was put in to the barrier machine but it came up with an outstanding bill of £140. I parked up and went to a payment machine and tried it again. Again it came with the outstanding bill of £140. I called for assistance and th gentleman that I spoke to was brilliant. He took my details and cleared the faulty bill immediately, allowing me and my family to exit the car park and drive home. All in all, a good service and excellent support when required. We will definitely use the mid stay car park again.”
