“We prepaid, went through the barrier, got our ticket and went to meet our friend coming in from Australia.We were less than an hour and did the short walk back to the car. All good! My gripe is that it cost £17.99 to do this as there is no short term parking suitable for a stay of this length. Someone is making a lot of money!”
“Unfortunately the parking system didn’t recognise my number plate and levied a £100 parking fee. I panicked as other cars behind me and worried I had parked in the wrong car park I paid the fee to exit. I have emailed but not heard anything back. Not a great experience I’m afraid.”
“Excellent location, close to terminal. Shocked that it now costs £2 for a trolley. Payment machines weren’t working so we had to drag out suitcases to terminal. Must be very difficult for older people or those with young families.”
