“Got some reason, despite pre booking, had to press to get a ticket, then had to speak to someone to get out. What is the point of giving reg number in advance. After paying a ridiculous amount to park my car it's not too much to ask. Pricing is a scam.”
“The car park is easy to find. Didnt take long to find a parking space. Just a few minutes walk into the airport. Good value for money. We have used Edinburgh car parking quite a few times with no issues.”
“Parking was a short walk to the airport, clearly signposted to find.
However, customer support is a pain, you cannot speak to anyone at the time of an issue, instead you have to fill in an online form with a response time of a minimum 8 days. I was charged the daily mid stay hourly tariff when I actually pre-booked and pre-paid for the mid stay parking. The response SLA is long especially when I am out of pocket considerably.
I just hope I hear back from them offering a refund.”
“Poor! Good parking but could exit automatically on exit from the Mid Stay car park despite having a pre-paid booking. Quite frustrating after a long journey. And on pressing the Customer Services button it took a few minutes to get a response.”
