“Parking was easy. Number plate scanner didn't work almost had to pay over £200 despite pre-booking. Staff was very helpful in sorting it but removes the ease of pre-booking”
“Booked and paid in advance; parked easily (this time was more free spaces) - EVERYTHING NICE and SMOOTH till the time to leave.
At exit, in display, I saw £340 bill to pay - I almost had a heart attack before 7:30 am. Thankfully, the person on another side (help button) was so nice and solved the issue in 1,5 min. :))”
