“I am not sure but I had made an error and parked by the terminal parking. When leaving the barrier didn’t open, I spoke to the attendant and said I don’t know how I’d made that mistake, I had to pay a surplus for the parking - I asked if he could email me a receipt of the extra payment to which he said no, I’d have to go back to the office for a hand written receipt. I asked was it even possible to get a breakdown of the extra cost- he said no, he wasn’t polite about it. I was surprised that o can pay at the barrier, my details from the prepaid are on file and yet I couldn’t get this. I feel he could have had more training in speaking with people, his tone was rude- I can’t provide you with a receipt, his tone was abrupt. I said thank you and he didn’t respond. I wasn’t happy with his level of service.”
“I paid ahead of my trip and was informed that my registration would be recognised at the gate but in day but then it wasn't and I had take a ticket. This caused some stress. In the end it worked out but not a great service”
