“Booking/paying in advance process online was easy. Directions were spot on. However, would benefit from having disabled parking bays near exit to terminal, so that took away from overall customer experience. Also, on exiting, when we inserted our ticket a cost of £180.00 was charged. On pressing the help button, chap who answered asked for our car registration number and lifted the barrier, with explanation or apology.”
“Good price, close to the airport, would recommend however used this carpark twice and both times it asked me to pay the full amount when I left even though I had pre paid and I had to contact the assistance.”
