“Easy to book online and saves money compared to pay-as-you-park. APNR recognises your vehicle upon arrival, simply take the tucket issued and reinsert upon departure. Took a while to find a space, despite it being mid-week, but reasonable size and happily no damage incurred.”
“While the carpark is in a good location, around 5 or so minutes walk to the terminal building, every time we park, and have pre paid, we never seem to be able to leave the carpark without having to buzz at the gate for assistance as the ticket always reads that we have to pay, even though we have already pre paid. The camera or meter never seems to pick up the number plates to allow exit without us having to buzz. While most that answer the buzzer are cheery and help, some sound like we are the ones being a nuisance. Other than this, its a handy place to park.”
“Unfortunately due to misreading the instructions given and being unfamiliar with the car park layout, I ended up parking in the longstay carpark. I then lost my car and had to ask for help at the office where a lovely man drove me round the car park to find my car as I have mobility issues and had been walking around for over an hour. This therefore cost me an additional £55 on top of the £20 already paid. So not the best experience. Won’t be using the car parks in future., but very very grateful to the parking attendants in the office”
