Drove to the wrong entrance by mistake. Cars behind me so had to go on. At least thought that I would be credited with £21.99 I had already pre-paid, with any additional payment after that. But no, I was required to pay the full amount again. I ended up paying over £50 in car parking charges for less than 4 hrs of parking. Ridiculous!”
“I've never been before and found conflicting information on email and website and actually being there. I prepaid and the email told me to drive up to the barriers and take a ticket which I would need to get out....this wasn't the case, no tickets are issued. I also didn't need one to exit.
I found the directions correct but there is so much signage which is impossible to read whilst trying to drive at the same time....thank God for satnav. The idea of coloured signage for each car park is good except there is no mention when booking that these exist. I happened to notice these by sheer accident. These signs are also pretty small.
My daughter, whom I was picking up, couldn't find her way out of the terminal to the correct car park through lack of signage. Fortunately she eventually found some staff by the tram platform to ask.
Hope this helps. Dropping her back was slightly easier as I remembered directions but the first time was quite stressful and confusing.
I'm sure if you know the system it is a very proficient one. The area was clean and felt very secure and the free drop off area was a nice surprise.”
“I was prebooked / prepaid and it seems I am no longer issued with a ticket on entry. A wee bit concerned but jad no issues when leaving as the barrier recognised my reg number and rose automatically. No chance of losing or misplacing the parking ticket now

“This was the cheapest option I could find. That was just part of it - being a 5 min walk from the terminal is perfect. We landed at 3am and the last thing I wanted to do was wait on a bus. Walking to the car is ideal.”
