“Yes, parking was good. I have a VW multivan with tent box, almost didn’t make it under the 2.2m height restriction which wasn’t great. Wasn’t really notified of the restriction until I turned up to park. No one about to help if I had trouble. No where else to go if I couldn’t park before my flight!”
“Disappointed yet again as parking was pre booked and when exiting the car park and putting issued ticket into the machine the barrier failed to open yet again and the message on the screen said we owed £100 .
For the umpteenth time I had to press the buzzer and speak to an attendant who ensured that the barrier was raised in order that we could exit.
This keeps happening when we use the long stay car park and can you ensure that for further customers this totally unsatisfactory situation is cleared up.”
“Booked online £19.99 for 1 hr! Arrived at parking, sign said £14.99 for 1hr this didn't show when booking online.
We were only picking a friend up we would barely have been in the car park for 45 mins at a cost of £19.99! I also noticed the sign saying refundable. I believe I'm entitled to a £5 refund?”
