Super easy to use, nice short walk, 10mins if you got a light carry on, longer if you hauling - not covered though - exit easy as driving away. Lots of sign posts so you can easily give your car a grid number to get back to later.

It's a car park. In which we were able to leave our car safely for a reasonable price. Only slight criticism would be that the exit wasn't entirely clear.

Always use the MID/LONG Stay car parks when we travel as very good value, easy to find and park and only a short walk to and from the terminal.

Straightforward booking process and had discount code. Access to car park involved taking ticket. Very busy car park with a little difficulty finding a space so took more time to leave car and then longer walk. Neither card or number plate recognition worked to let us out of the car park on return (flight on time, no issue there). Quick response to intercom and they let us out after checking some details. Overall was fine, just not the smoothest experience, especially compared with previous.

Scruffy, badly signposted, both when driving and when trying to walk to/from the airport and the barriers are broken when you're trying to leave so you can't. There is one that works. It isn't clear why the others didn't have cone or something in them. It may be a coincidence but immediately after I put my mobile number and reg number in, when booking, I started getting spam texts about the car finance I've never had. All in all, super, super disappointing.

It was fine but I had trouble leaving which has happened before as the barrier didnt recognise I had paid online, and I had to call for help - holding up other cars. Apart from that it was fine.

Issues during last stay of being overcharged £18 for a mistake at their end. Unhelpful when I complained apparently there no regulator to complain to
