“It was fine but I had trouble leaving which has happened before as the barrier didnt recognise I had paid online, and I had to call for help - holding up other cars. Apart from that it was fine.”

“I would have given 5 stars but the exit process was not smooth as number plate recognition wasn’t working and had to go into another lane as the intercom was not working and when I spoke to someone they helped me get out when I verbally said what my reg plate was.”

“The parking is close to the main terminal building and very handy howver have give 2 stars as I have used the parking in the main terminal and long stay several times as I am a frequent flyer and without fail when exiting both car parks the system doesn't register the number plate and you say I owe money. I have to press the call button and wait until you go through the system to then lift the barrier. I am not sure if its airport parking in general as I have the exact same issue at Glasgow airport even when using different cars. This is a pain and not sure if its to try and get more money but it needs to be sorted. It's now a running joke in our house as we know when we drive out we will be met with a you owe us £180 when we have already prebooked and paid!!”
