“Simple to book. Would recommend doing in advance for the best prices. Easy to access and leave the car park. Walkway is well lit up. We ended up quite far into the car park and gad quite a lot of baggage as we were in a group the trolleys are nearer the front of the car park so it was a walk there/back to get one so if they were looking for improvement suggestions then to maybe put a few more trolley bags further up the car park ( could even do this to utilise some of the random closed spaces). Would definitely use again.”
“I messed up and booked both long stay and terminal refundable, when I turned up at the car park the man on the intercom said he would see about refunding the long stay but I am not sure this happened?”
“Parked a motorcycle. Same price as a car ... which is a bit of a rip off. Would suggest a discount for M.bikes as you can park 2-3 per car space. A dedicated area would be good.”
“I pre-paid but the barrier did not open when I left and there were 2 cars behind me so I was trapped. Your machine claimed I owed you £235!! It was midnight and dark and ai was tired. I did press a button and a guy did open the barrier after I told him my Reg No. However, he was not in the least polite to me and totally unapologetic. NOT a happy experience, I'm afraid. You need to do better, yes?”
