“Not impressed with this purchase to be honest as it is suppose to be free return within a year but when I asked staff at Twycross they pointed out the fact there was no link in the emails for yourselves to activate the annual pass.
I have contacted you regarding this and heard nothing back”
“We visited Twycross Zoo in March 2025 and had a lovely day out with our family including my little 2 year old granddaughter.
The zoo is well laid out and has plenty of eateries and stop off points. A thoroughly enjoyable day out.”

“I took my 9 year old Granddaughter to the zoo recently. I hadn’t been for years but was thrilled with our day together. We loved the big Lego models at the entry to each section. We spent ages guessing the number of bricks used but covering up the answer!
The animals were amazing and easy to view. We also kept popping back to the entrance area for snacks and drinks so the signage was easy to follow. And of course we spent ages in the shop! But prices started small so we’re affordable! All in all we’d love to go back!”
“The worst zoo we ever been.. so many empty spaces with no animals. We felt that we are in some monkey park, not the zoo... they don't have too many big animals. For this price definitely not worth to go there.”
