“Disappointed, wasn't a cheap day out but was surprised by the missing animals!!! Animals were missing or non existent didn't see gorilla's, tigers lots of empty pens. Not sure i will return”
“Exceeded my expectations. The zoo was as well set out with plenty of space for the animals. Particularly good were the areas for the monkeys and apes. Everywhere was clean, well organised, well signed and fun.”
“Had a great day at TZ for my youngest’s 11th birthday. Plenty of staff around, very friendly. Animals looked healthy and well looked after, even if some of the enclosures seemed a little small.”
“Our grandchildren were so looking forward to seeing the animals at Twycross.
Unfortunately, during our visit, most of the animals decided to stay indoors and were not visible in their open enclosures. That’s nature I suppose!”
“Amazing place to visit. My daughter loves to visit all the animals and go round the gruffalo trail. So much to see. Everyone so friendly.
